At LuxDoll Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at luxdolljewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Note: We do not accept returns on:

*Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

*Custom or personalized pieces

*Items marked as Final Sale

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available. To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

 

We cannot accept returns on:

*Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

*Jewelry worn in water, exposed to chemicals, or stored improperly

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
